It’s bittersweet to pull the last harvest of the season. It just means winter is looming. Ugh. I had a great garden this year with luscious tomatoes, delicious cucumbers and zucchinis. Was pleasantly surprised how well my snap peas, Italian green beans and blueberries did. I even got a cabbage. Anyone who knows me, knows I tend to read books where some psycho is on a crime rampage and either you need to figure out who do it or if they will get caught. However, this summer I decided to add a bit of motivation and education to my reading list and chose the latest book, “The Vision and the Passion” by @bill.raveis. I had read his other books in prior years so it was nice to complete the set. It reads like a conversation and has a style reminiscent of “The Art of War”, a copy of which I keep in my desk drawer and reference frequently. It’s closing day for these first time buyers. This was a fun one. House went active at 12:30. We saw it at 3:30 and had an accepted offer by 5:30. The offer was sweet, but it was even sweeter when the house appraised over what they offered which was over asking price.
